Sometimes, we can be stuck in a rut and continue to wear black for all occasions. Now that spring is on its way, albeit very slowly, it is high time to embrace colour. We are so spoilt by the offerings in the High Street. We equally have bright colours and pastels, either in
florals, colour blocking, various prints and motifs. There is something to satisfy even the 'always wear black' die hards.
The dress I picked for you today has this gorgeous floral motif, with shots of purple, vivid green and yellow on a nude background. Perfect for Easter.
You can stay with the colour scheme with a pair of purple heels and a mint handbag, as in this board. However, neutral ones would be just as elegant. As this floral dress will stand out, keep the design of your accessories simple and not fussy. They should blend in and not compete with the dress. They should not scream 'look at me!' The dress alone will be the centre of attention, deservingly so.
The cut of this dress will suit all shapes and sizes, except apples. Sorry Apples.
